We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wellness Coordinator to join our team. Requirements

Med Tech experience
Caregiving experience
Proficient in English

Nice To Haves

Experience in working with similar age demographics
Experience in clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred

Responsibilities

Provides direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements
Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers
Cover open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met.
