About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking an experienced LPN Manager to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role requires a dedicated professional with proven experience managing others, available Monday to Friday day shift with on-call fill-ins for emergencies only. The ideal candidate will lead and support our nursing staff to provide exceptional care and maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Proven experience managing nursing staff or healthcare teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with availability for emergency on-call fill-ins only.
- Knowledge of home care industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments, including handling on-call situations during emergencies.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing and home care services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and company leadership to improve patient outcomes.
