You are the face of our clinic, the first impression for every patient, and one of the biggest drivers of our success. Your primary responsibility is converting new patients into long-term wellness members by educating them on the value of routine chiropractic care. If you don't enjoy sales, this position isn't for you. But if you love building relationships, overcoming objections, and celebrating wins, you'll fit right in.
Requirements
- Sales experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
- Welcome every patient with outstanding customer service.
- Build relationships that create loyal, lifelong patients.
- Confidently present and sell Wellness Plans and Visit Packages.
- Meet and exceed membership conversion goals.
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally.
- Check patients in and out using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
- Re-engage inactive patients and follow up with leads.
- Keep the clinic organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Assist with local marketing events and community outreach.
- Work closely with chiropractors and teammates to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
