Responsible for maintaining a quality fitness area and experience within the YMCA facility. Provide fitness instruction, education, motivation, and member services. Responsible for continuous high quality customer service which includes but is not limited to meeting customer needs and presenting a positive attitude toward the YMCA, its staff and programs. This position also treats everyone with courtesy, respect and consideration; displays integrity; listens actively and genuinely; communicates in a clear and pleasant manner; embraces differences among people; demonstrates an active willingness to learn and grow; accepts constructive criticism; works cooperatively as a team member.
