About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking a dedicated and professional team member. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands, crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. This role involves interacting with local businesses to promote services and products, using approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic, and creating local and corporate partnerships alongside a supervisor. Applicants should have a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn. The position also includes working in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making recommendations for products and services, and meeting sales requirements. The environment is upbeat and fast-paced, requiring teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands (Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap).
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote services and products.
Use approved promotional materials (coupons, gift cards, samples) to generate foot traffic.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside a supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills in the salon environment.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, including cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon areas (tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, storage).
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment.
Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
