About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves engaging with potential customers in retail environments and local events to introduce remodeling services and special offers. The primary goal is to generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations, with no direct selling required. This position serves as a stepping stone for career growth in management or sales.
Requirements
- No experience required!
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without.
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in.
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand.
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday.
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces.
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation.
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations.
- Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry.
