About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking dedicated and professional team members. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands, crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City. This role involves interacting with local businesses to promote Sun Tan City's services and products using approved promotional materials to drive foot traffic. The ambassador will also develop local and corporate partnerships under supervision. Applicants should have a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn.

Requirements

Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands-on marketing.
Creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor.
Work in the salon at Sun Tan City, developing client engagement skills.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Engage with all clients, building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, juggling cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
