About The Position

Fitlife Foods is hiring a Wellness Associate to help customers make healthier choices through prepared meals, personalized recommendations, and wellness guidance. The role combines customer service, retail operations, product knowledge, and wellness consultations. Associates create engaging customer experiences, help customers understand the company’s approach and menu, and recommend meals that fit their needs and wellness goals. The position is a health and wellness guide role and is not solely focused on coaching clientele. Daily work includes assisting new and returning customers, conducting wellness consultations and BIA scans, maintaining knowledge of menu items and loyalty programs, and supporting store operations. Retail responsibilities include restocking and organizing inventory, receiving deliveries, cleaning the store, packing online orders, counting cooler inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. Associates also promote loyalty rewards and Member Meal Accounts, build customer and community relationships, test and evaluate VIP meals, and network with local wellness businesses for partnerships and events. Responsibilities

Create engaging, interactive customer experiences that educate and inspire.
Provide personalized meal recommendations tailored to customers’ needs.
Communicate with customers about their weekly meal schedules.
Conduct wellness consultations, including BIA scans, and provide guidance for body composition goals.
Assist new and returning customers and introduce new customers to the company’s approach, store, nutrition, and processes.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of menu items and the loyalty points system, adapting to changes.
Organize and restock coolers and retail inventory, including putting away deliveries.
Maintain personal and store appearance and cleanliness, including daily store cleaning.
Pack and store online orders appropriately.
Count cooler inventory at the end of the day and prepare the store for the next day.
Provide wellness guidance, run BIA scan sessions, and have potential follow-up discussions with customers.
Promote and record loyalty reward point items.
Promote and sell Member Meal Accounts to new and existing customers to support retention.
Build customer and community relationships.
Test and provide feedback on VIP test meals and complete required menu or VIP meal evaluations.
Market and network with local wellness businesses for partnerships and community events.
Represent Fitlife Foods’ proven process through capacity, capability, and desire.
