About The Position

Fitlife Foods is seeking a Wellness Associate to help customers make healthier choices through prepared meals and personalized wellness guidance. The role combines customer service, product education, wellness consultations, retail operations, and community relationship-building. Associates guide customers through the company’s approach and menu, recommend meals suited to their needs, support weekly meal schedules, and conduct wellness consultations that may include BIA scans. The position is a customer-facing health and wellness guide, rather than a role focused solely on coaching. Daily work includes assisting new and returning customers, maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items and loyalty programs, organizing and restocking inventory, putting away deliveries, keeping the store clean, packing online orders, counting cooler inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. Associates also promote loyalty rewards and Member Meal Accounts, help build customer and community relationships, provide feedback on test meals, complete evaluations, and network with local wellness businesses for partnerships and events. The posting identifies the position as part-time or full-time and on-site.

Responsibilities

Create engaging customer experiences that educate and inspire.
Recommend meals based on individual customer needs and communicate with customers about their weekly meal schedules.
Conduct wellness consultations, including BIA scans, and provide guidance related to customers’ body composition goals.
Assist new and returning customers; explain the company’s approach, tour the store, and answer questions about nutrition and processes.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the full menu and loyalty point system, adapting to changes.
Organize and restock cooler and retail inventory, including putting deliveries away.
Maintain personal and store appearance and cleanliness, including daily cleaning.
Pack and store online orders appropriately.
Count cooler inventory at the end of the day and prepare the store for the next day.
Promote and record loyalty reward point items.
Promote and sell Member Meal Accounts to new and existing customers.
Build relationships with customers and the community.
Test company VIP test meals and provide feedback; complete required menu and VIP test meal evaluations.
Market and network with local wellness businesses for partnerships and community events.
Represent Fitlife Foods’ proven process through capacity, capability, and desire.
