Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in fitness or luxury hotel or resort
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to listen to constructive direction and follow through on daily tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities

Nice To Haves

  • hospitality certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide personalized service and cater to guests' needs
  • Set up and maintain the fitness area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience
  • Stock needed guest supplies in the locker rooms like towels, hair care, and oral care.
  • Maintain retail shelves so they are full of resale items for guests and members
  • Assist with guest check in/check out and guidance for spa appointments.
