About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking a dedicated and professional Wellness Brand Ambassador. This role is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap, serving as a local representation of national brands. The ambassador will primarily interact with local businesses to promote services and products using approved promotional materials to drive foot traffic. They will also collaborate with their supervisor to create local and corporate partnerships. The position requires a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn. Additionally, the role involves working in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making recommendations for products and services and engaging with clients. This is a full-time position with hybrid scheduling, involving both field marketing and in-salon work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a local representation of national brands (Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap).
  • Interact with local businesses within the territory to promote services and products.
  • Utilize approved promotional materials (coupons, gift cards, samples) to generate foot traffic.
  • Create local and corporate partnerships alongside the supervisor.
  • Develop client engagement skills by working in the salon.
  • Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services in the salon.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Engage with all clients, build good relationships, and understand and meet their needs.
  • Maintain minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task, including cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
