About The Position

The Wellbeing Coordinator works in the Halehouse Spa at Stanly Ranch, supporting the spa, fitness, and retail environment to enhance the guest experience. The role includes scheduling treatments, welcoming guests, selling merchandise, and checking fitness areas. The coordinator maintains spa and fitness areas, assists with reservations and billing, supports retail operations, responds to guest concerns, and communicates with management and other departments. The role also participates in designated programs, meetings, and training.

Requirements

• RBS Alcohol Training Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an outgoing team.
• A combination of education and work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, spa and wellness, or retail.
• Prior customer service experience or luxury hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Spa and Fitness Center in spotless condition and keep common spa areas maintained between appointments.
• Understand the treatments offered and recommend them to guests through suggestive selling.
• Process spa reservations and billing, and greet guests as they arrive and depart from treatments.
• Support retail operations, including guest assistance, product displays, suggestive selling, and merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints or problems promptly and work to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate relevant information to management to support communication with necessary departments.
• Use good judgment, discretion, and diplomacy while performing job duties.
• Participate in designated programs, meetings, and training.
