About The Position

As a Well Runner, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, and support Health, Environment, and Safety processes. The role requires extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of oil and gas and be capable of troubleshooting various production systems. Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs.
• Walking, bending stopping is required.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
• Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of Well Runner experience preferred.
• Must be okay with working nights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells.
• Ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment.
• Support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.
• Troubleshoot various production systems.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
