About The Position

Job Bridge Global is seeking experienced Supervisors/Managers fluent in both Spanish and English to manage and coordinate teams of welders on major industrial projects across the United Kingdom. This is a relocation opportunity to the UK, with full relocation costs covered by the employer. The role involves supervising pipework installations and/or maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and effective communication with diverse teams and project managers. Candidates must have a professional level of English and Spanish, a clean criminal record, and relevant certifications.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in managing workers that will be doing Stick welding and TIG welding and installation of piping.
  • Proven experience supervising/ managing welding teams.
  • At least five years of experience in the industrial sector.
  • Experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
  • Able to manage multicultural teams and work effectively under pressure.
  • Have a clean criminal record and be able to provide a police clearance or certificate of good conduct.
  • Provide copies of relevant training certificates and qualifications.
  • Provide an up-to-date CV in a digital, non-scanned format.
  • Experience in one of the following type of works: Petrochemical and refinery welding supervisor work, Chemical/process-plant pipework supervisor work, Power-station and pressure-vessel welding supervisor work, LNG and high-pressure gas installations supervisor work, Pipeline welding supervisor work.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate welding teams on site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of completed work and carry out the necessary inspections.
  • Organise work activities and assign tasks to team members.
  • Monitor progress to ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Supervise, train, and support less-experienced welders.
  • Communicate daily with project managers and operational teams.
  • Participate in technical and safety meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and hours worked.
