Our Weekend Shift is designed to give you more time for life while rewarding your commitment. Work just 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours. Requirements

  • Welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Vocational welding training and/or welding certification is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints, weld prints, process sheets, and work instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to successfully complete our welding training program and pass a company weld qualification test.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational welding training and/or welding certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up welding jobs by loading and unloading jigs and fixtures.
  • Operate welding equipment according to work instructions and engineering prints.
  • Produce quality weldments that meet specifications and company standards.
  • Inspect completed welds and perform secondary inspections of teammates' work as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld prints, and work instructions.
  • Verify part quantities before beginning each job.
  • Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  • Safely operate hoists and manual pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support other production activities as assigned.
