About The Position

We are seeking a MIG Welder to support rebar and reinforcement cage fabrication for precast concrete structures ranging in size and complexity. This role is integral to producing custom‑engineered concrete castings used in storm and sanitary water construction projects. Hours : 6:00a - 2:30p (Mon-Fri) Pay Range: $22-$24/hr, based on experience Join a well‑established precast concrete manufacturer with over 70 years of industry experience providing reliable stormwater and wastewater solutions to public, commercial, and residential construction markets. Requirements
- Experience with MIG welding, preferably in rebar, precast, or structural applications
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily workload
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
Responsibilities
- Fabricate reinforcement cages by cutting, bending, tying, and welding rebar sizes #3 through #8
- Perform MIG welding in accordance with shop drawings and engineered specifications
- Assemble rebar cages for custom precast concrete structures
- Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy in all work products
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
