About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Welder who takes pride in owning a project from start to finish. If you enjoy getting your hands dirty, solving problems, and bringing worn or damaged equipment back to life, we want to hear from you! At Mid-Atlantic, you’ll handle the full welding and fabrication process—from assessing the job and preparing materials to welding, grinding, finishing, and getting the equipment ready to return to service. You’ll work on a variety of projects where your experience and craftsmanship make a visible difference. Requirements

Strong hands-on welding and fabrication experience
Experience repairing used equipment
Must have your own tools, including a welding helmet
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance
Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening
Comfortable working in small or tight spaces
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to safely perform the essential functions of the job.
Effective communication is necessary to understand and follow safety procedures and instructions, communicate with customers and team members, and complete required job-related documentation.

Responsibilities

Weld, repair, and fabricate used equipment as needed
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Take initiative and complete tasks independently
Perform other welding-related tasks as assigned

$250 Quarterly Tool Allowance
$200 Annual Boot Allowance
Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
