About The Position

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to develop welding skills in a production environment. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, quality, and safety while working with a team to manufacture customer assemblies. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

The employee will be trained in welding, grinding, material handling, and packaging. Forklift and crane operation are required as part of the role; prior experience with these is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld products according to drawings and production voucher specifications, using the correct materials and appropriate welding procedures.
• Inspect welded assemblies to ensure they meet tolerance requirements.
• Complete quality documentation and production voucher information.
• Maintain high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow facility safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required training sessions.
