About The Position

Under the direction of the area supervisor, the Welder performs MIG, aluminum, TIG, electric, or robotic welding to fabricate parts used in product-line assembly. Components may be standardized or customized in design and function. The role supports the production of high-quality finished products and requires flexibility across products and work areas to meet business needs. Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM. Pay: $30.10 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or certification.
• Pass an internal written and physical weld test.
• Understanding of welding fundamentals.
• Basic welding experience and/or training.
• Basic knowledge of MIG welding equipment.
• Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company and site safety rules.
• Operate all equipment needed for the job safely and effectively.
• Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
• Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas, following work instructions and standard work.
• Follow established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to perform welding tasks accurately.
• Assist with the robotic welder.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
