About The Position

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills, including reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
• Hands-on experience with MIG welding.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, or assembly environments.
• Knowledge of MIG welding processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble and weld components according to established work instructions and standard cycle times.
• Operate welding and assembly equipment effectively and in compliance with safety standards.
• Verify part numbers and ensure components are correctly assembled before proceeding.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain standardized processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness through 5S practices, including proper tool and jig management.
• Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and company policies.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
