Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Welder in a manufacturing setting
- Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
- Welding certification (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) or equivalent credential
- Solid understanding of welding safety protocols and proper equipment handling
- Hands-on experience welding stainless steel
- Prior welding experience
- Successfully pass a welding skills test
