About The Position

Summit Mfg. Corp. is seeking qualified welders to join our growing welding team on day and night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding processes, a basic knowledge of reading prints, the ability to weld in multiple positions, and the competency to set up their welding machine and space. Welding certification is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret prints.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of welding technology, including various welding processes.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a welding environment.
• Ability to perform welding tasks in multiple positions.
• Capability to set up and maintain welding machines and workspaces.
• Skill in reading and interpreting prints accurately.
