ABW is seeking skilled welders, from beginner to experienced, with expertise in aluminum and stainless steel TIG fitting and welding. The role involves producing quality fabricated parts, meeting customer requirements and schedules, and working with diverse industries including Aerospace, Defense, Nuclear, and Energy. On-site training is available for skill development. Pay rates vary based on welding processes, qualifications, weld test results, and demonstrated ability. Candidates must be able to read and understand shop drawings, fit and weld components according to procedures, manage weld shrinkage with minimal supervision, and have their work inspected by CWIs. ABW conducts in-house testing and certification. Evaluation includes reading drawings, tolerances, and welding procedures. Experience with ASME pressure vessels/tanks, nozzle schedules, weld maps, flux core, and submerged arc welding is preferred. Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information under ITAR regulations.
