About The Position
Haygor Instrument & Company is seeking an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating and repairing metal components by reading blueprints, setting up materials, and performing high-quality welds using a variety of welding techniques. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision workmanship and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with TIG, MMA, and other welding processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- 5–10 years of welding experience preferred.
- Professional welding certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Set up and prepare materials for welding operations.
- Perform manual and semi-automatic welding on metal components.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity.
- Repair and fabricate metal parts as needed.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe, organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
