About The Position

We’re looking for skilled Welders (Levels II- III) to join our manufacturing team in Pampa, Texas, where craftsmanship matters and quality builds power. You’ll be fabricating and assembling critical components used in compressor skids and industrial equipment, working with a team that values safety, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of welding experience - Welder II
• 5+ years of welding experience - Welder III
• MIG welding proficiency
• Ability to read blueprints and symbols
• Pass a 3G open root plate test (downhill MIG root, uphill flux core fill & cap)
• ASME Code certified
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Fabricate and assemble compressor skids, frames, and components
• Inspect and repair welds to meet ASME code vessel standards
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Work closely with manufacturing and overhaul teams to meet production goals
