Join us in shaping the future of industrial and hydraulic solutions! We are seeking a skilled Welder to support our hose fabrication and assembly operations. This role is responsible for welding metal components used in hose assemblies and related fittings, ensuring durability, precision, and compliance with customer specifications. The ideal candidate has experience working with small components, understands hydraulic systems, and thrives in a production-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or hose/industrial environment
  • Certification and experience with TIG welding, especially on small or detailed components
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic hose systems and fittings is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Welding certification preferred
  • Experience with hydraulic hose fabrication or industrial distribution environments
  • Familiarity with crimping, assembly, or pressure testing of hoses
  • AWS certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding of stainless steel components, hose fittings, couplings, and related components
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts used in hydraulic and industrial hose applications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications
  • Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, strength, and defects
  • Operate welding equipment and maintain tools in good working condition
  • Collaborate with production, assembly, and quality teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
