About The Position

This position requires a technician who will participate in hands-on physical labor in the day-to-day activities of the shop. The role involves hands-on experience with welding and light mechanics, including diagnosing and repairing agricultural spray pumps and plumbing of propane dispenser cabinets.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 plus lbs safely and easily.
• Ability to maintain/promote safety awareness and follow safety policies.
• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• High School degree or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Welding & Shop operations.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Nice To Haves

• Previous Forklift operations preferred.
