About The Position

Parabit Systems is seeking a Welder/Sheet Metal Fabricator. The role requires welding and sheet metal fabrication experience, including TIG welding and work with thin-gauge stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum. The employee will read fabrication drawings, work within tight tolerances, and produce high-quality products, both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must pass a non-DOT drug screening, criminal and credit background checks, and a driver license check before employment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of solid welding experience.
• Ability to perform TIG welding.
• Experience working with thin-gauge stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Ability to work within tight tolerances and provide a high-quality product.
• Welding certification required.
• Must pass a non-DOT drug screening, criminal and credit background checks, and a driver license check before employment.
