About The Position

Geary Pacific Corporation is hiring a dependable, hands-on Sheet Metal Fabricator for its Denver Manufacturing team. The role fabricates HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components using a variety of tools and equipment, working alongside an experienced team to produce quality products that support customers and HVAC distribution operations. This is a sheet metal fabrication position, not a welding or installation position. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the day shift, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Familiarity with hand tools and sheet metal equipment.
Dependability and punctuality.
Comfort working with hands and using tools.
Attention to detail and safety.
Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of metal fabrication experience preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fabricate HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components.
Form and shape materials using hand presses, hand brakes, shears, drills, and other hand tools.
Follow fabrication specifications and measurements to produce accurate, quality work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow established safety procedures and proper equipment practices.
Collaborate with team members to meet production needs and deadlines.
Help maintain an efficient and productive manufacturing environment.
