About The Position

This role involves performing welding and millwright duties, including cutting and welding steel and aluminum using various welding techniques and oxy-acetylene torches. The individual will work from blueprints and sketches, communicate with plant operations to identify needs, and travel between NESL locations to provide services. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience and AWS Welding Certification.
• Minimum of Class C Driver’s Licenses with DOT Med card (or willingness to obtain DOT Med card at request of company).
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

• Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
• High School Graduate/GED.

Responsibilities

• Cut and weld steel and aluminum via stick and wire-feed welders.
• Use oxy acetylene torches.
• Work off blueprints and sketches.
• Communicate with plant operations to identify areas of need.
• Travel between various NESL locations to provide services.
• Perform additional duties as deemed necessary.
