About The Position
The Welder II performs layout work and all types of welding on large and mobile equipment, equipment buckets, frameworks, and conveyor systems. The role requires compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies and procedures. The successful candidate must pass welding certifications in 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, and overhead welding.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
- Must pass welding certification.
- Ability to use oxygen/acetylene torches.
- Experience with horizontal, vertical, overhead, and arc welding.
Responsibilities
- Perform layout work and all types of welding.
- Weld on large equipment and mobile equipment.
- Weld on equipment buckets.
- Weld on frameworks and conveyor systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
