About The Position
This position requires proficiency in all Welder 1 requirements, knowledge of Hot start (if applicable), and proficiency in all MIG welds/positions. The role also involves TIG AC settings, including amperage, gas, and basic knowledge of consumables. The welder must demonstrate consistent torch angle and rod feeding ability, and meet cycle times with acceptable quality on all MIG positions and beginning TIG positions. A MIG score of ???+ and a TIG score of ???+ are expected.
