About The Position

Frontier Environmental Services is hiring a Welder Helper to support experienced welders in the oil and gas industry. The role involves keeping tools and materials ready, preparing pipe for welding, and helping maintain a safe and organized jobsite. The position offers steady, full-time hours, hands-on experience, and training in a skilled trade. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Physically able to lift 50–100 pounds and work in all weather.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of welding or helper experience in Oil & Gas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies.
• Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Cut, grind, and prepare pipe for welding.
• Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures.
• Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean.
