About The Position

This is a full-time, permanent Welder/Fitter position at a local metal fabrication facility. The role involves fabricating metal according to prints, reading and interpreting drawings, and performing MIG welding. Candidates must have at least four years of proven experience and pass a MIG pressure test. The position is available on 2nd shift and pays $25–$27, based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8–10 hours per day, with some Saturdays. Overtime may be required. The role uses cutting tools, power tools, and other related equipment; employees will be trained to operate forklifts and an overhead crane. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in the field.
• At least 4 years of MIG experience.
• Ability to pass a MIG pressure test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
