About The Position

We are seeking a skilled welder and fabricator for an hourly role at our plant. The ideal candidate will excel both independently and within a team environment. A strong work ethic and sound judgment are essential.

Requirements

Proven welding capabilities and a solid operational and technical background.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Action and goal-oriented mindset.
Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Experience using a variety of welding equipment, machinery and procedures.
Experience in using electrical or manual tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Problem solving and time management skills.
Effectively communicate.

Responsibilities

Fabrication and welding of industrial equipment, fixtures, and other custom components.
Interpret layouts, blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
Versatile in all aspects of welding, including MIG, TIG, stick, plasma, brazing, and soldering.
Cutting and assembling materials.
Torch cutting.
Use and maintain welding equipment.
Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including proper PPE.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks with high quality and precision.
Work proactively to drive process improvements and achieve results.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Maintain a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Other duties as assigned.
