About The Position

Looking for a hands-on welding role where your craftsmanship and fabrication skills are put to real use? We’re hiring a Welder / Fabricator to support plant maintenance and production needs in an industrial manufacturing environment. If you take pride in precision welding, reading prints, and building components that keep operations moving, this role is for you. This is a 2nd shift role. (Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred , or equivalent training
• Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG and Stick experience a strong plus
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Solid understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and other materials
• Fabricate parts, structures, frames, and components to support plant operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly
• Repair and rebuild industrial equipment, guards, platforms, and supports
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, torches, grinders, and plasma cutters
• Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and safety standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and hot-work requirements
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams as needed
