About The Position

Plastic Ingenuity is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team. In this role, you will build and repair the metal components that keep manufacturing operations running, including guards, brackets, tables, shelving, racks, and machine fixtures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating quality weldments, fabricating from scratch, and working within a supportive team environment. Requirements

• Strong welding experience (MIG/TIG especially).
• Ability to fabricate from raw material to finished part.
• Ability to read prints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Team mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a press brake.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding.
• Fit, tack, weld, grind, and finish metal parts.
• Fabricate parts using drawings, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
• Utilize fabrication tools such as cutting torches, grinders, saws, shears, and a press brake (preferred).
• Support production, engineering, maintenance, and machine shop teams.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace.
• Handle a low volume, high variety of work.
