About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing machinery and equipment, creating metal structures and components, and ensuring all fabricated items meet the required specifications. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to use metal fabrication tools and machinery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding is a plus.
2+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, MIG, Stick, and Oxy-Acetylene required.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in using fabrication tools and heavy machinery.
Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
Valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

Truck, trailer and heavy equipment welding experience - preferred
AWS (American Welding Society) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld metal parts using MIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using saws, torches, shears, and grinders.
Set up and operate fabrication machinery such as press brakes, and drill presses.
Inspect and test welds for accuracy and quality using appropriate tools.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet project goals.
Repair or modify existing metal components and structures as needed.
