A Welder must be able to read and understand blueprints and build and weld details and parts. Our goal is not to meet expectations. Requirements

Welding, minimum 3 years experience.
Able to read and understand blueprints, rough drafts (sketches).
Able to build and weld details and parts to close tolerances.
Be able to weld, Aluminum, Stainless, Tool steels, Hot and cold rolled steels.
Braze, silver solder, cutting & other Gas welding Skills Required.
Proficient Mig (GMAW), and Tig (TGAW)
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written skills.
Proven organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to explain how and why specific conclusions were reached.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work well under pressure and to remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
Ability to read and understand metric.

Nice To Haves

Build Jigs and fixtures for welding setups.
Capable to perform other shop duties required by the company. (i.e.: machining and/or assembly)
