Requirements

Degree or equivalent experience desired
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Knowledge of metal fabrication and installation standards and specifications; ability to assemble and fabricate metal structures.
Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
Knowledge of techniques and processes of robotic process automation (RPA).

Responsibilities

Examining and resolving defects in work pieces using various technologies, tools and equipment.
Identify root causes and provide feedback to operations.
Adhering to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that work pieces are fabricated according to instructions.
Utilizing process and product audits to maintain a manufacturing process to weld metal parts together in required configurations.
Utilizing expertise of various manual or automatic welding systems to safely and accurately fabricate a quality metal structure.
