About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Inspector to inspect materials and components to ensure they meet defined quality standards. The role focuses on visual inspections of weld nut locations and requires minimal physical strain. This is short-term standby/on-call contract work with an immediate start, located in Tecumseh, Michigan, paying $16 per hour.

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to work the overnight shift consistently.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of two weld nut locations on each part (four nuts per part).
• Rework materials as needed according to defined work instructions.
• Use inspection skills, which may include visual detection, inspection equipment, or measuring devices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report findings accurately and promptly.
