The Welcome Services Concierge is responsible for managing the first and last impressions of the facility, providing proactive, friendly, and professional guest service. This role involves answering telephones, utilizing the Epic system for patient and appointment look-up, and communicating with various departments and transport companies. The Concierge will partner with hospital staff, problem-solve, manage conflict, address patient/visitor concerns, and assist in maintaining a smooth traffic flow at facility entrances. Additionally, the role requires physically assisting patients and visitors via wheelchair and escorting, including assisting them in and out of vehicles, and performing symptom screening when necessary.
