About The Position

As a Welcome Center Representative, you are responsible for checking in guests while on vacation. You’ll use your outstanding customer service skills to perform the position responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Check in guests
• Qualify Guest
• NQ Guest
• Assigning tour times
• Modifying tour times
• Rescheduling mini-vacation packages
• Cancelling mini-packages
• Creating mini-vacation packages
• Reconcile tickets and bank inventory daily
• Perform confirmation calls for all pre-arrivals
• Verify all late arrivals checked-in their assigned hotel and confirm their assigned tour date and time
• Answer phones professionally and with-in 3 rings
• Other assignments as requested by management
