Responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages. This role involves checking in guests, assigning units, issuing room keys, collecting deposits and taxes, and issuing parking permits. Additionally, the agent will book tours, attraction/dinner reservations, sell attraction tickets, add extra nights, and upgrade packages. The role also includes qualifying guests for presentations, making courtesy calls after check-in, and handling confidential information. Other duties may include ordering supplies, mailing paperwork, and maintaining departmental reports.
