Responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages. This role involves assisting guests with check-ins, assigning units, issuing room keys, collecting deposits and taxes, issuing parking permits, and facilitating tours, attraction/dinner reservations, ticket sales, and package upgrades. The agent will also perform courtesy calls after check-in, handle confidential information, order supplies, mail out paperwork, and maintain departmental reports.
