About The Position
Join our 5-star, family-owned skilled nursing facility that has proudly served the community for more than 60 years. We’re known for our dedicated, long-tenured staff and supportive work environment. We’re looking for a dedicated LPN or RN to provide high-quality care and lead daily nursing operations on the unit. In this role, you’ll supervise nursing assistants, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of service.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care

Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support STNA team members
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
- Assist with staff orientation and training
