About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse in the Melbourne/Brevard County area. This modified full-time role uses a pay-per-visit compensation model, with average annual earnings of $80,000–$95,000 or more and consistent patient volume provided. Nurses work a four-day schedule, choosing Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday, and receive three consistent days off each week. Territories are clustered to minimize drive time.

The role offers autonomy to build and manage a daily schedule and provide one-to-one patient care in patients’ homes. There is no traditional hospital schedule, no 12-hour shifts, and no required on-call rotation. The position includes AI-assisted charting and the WellSky/Kinnser EMR, along with structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship, ongoing training, free CEUs, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening is required for employment.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
