About The Position
Heather Hill Health Care Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Receptionist to join our skilled nursing team. This role is much more than answering phones; our receptionist helps create a calm, welcoming, and supportive experience for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff every single day. We are looking for someone warm, professional, organized, and understands the importance of exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment. As the first point of contact for our facility, the receptionist sets the tone for the entire building. A friendly greeting, calm demeanor, and positive attitude can make a meaningful difference for residents and families during emotional or stressful moments. Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Assist with visitor sign-in and follow facility security procedures
- Provide general information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Support basic clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with department leaders and staff to support daily operations
