About The Position

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. The receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • One to three months of related experience.

  • Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff.

  • Handles a variety of administrative and front desk duties.
  • Provides customer service and communication with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to provide clear communication.
  • Manages a multi-line phone system.
  • Handles mail, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Creates a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
  • Works towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
