Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Walnut Creek. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare partners—helping create a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence
  • Dependable and able to commit to a weekend schedule
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word) and comfort with multi-line phone systems

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Support visitor check-in procedures to help maintain a secure environment.
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and mail distribution.
  • Answer questions and guide visitors throughout the facility as needed.
